Hopefully in the near future, Valdosta Monkey & Company will take to the road, never to look back again.

That’s right we Monkeys are planning on hitting the road one day in the future to see what America has to offer.

The Hoover Dam, Yellowstone, Alaska (in the summer of course), Slab City, CA, The Grand Canyon, the Pacific Northwest, the Rockies, Rosswell, NM, Mount Rushmore, South Florida (in the winter) and all points between.

Mrs. Monkey and I will drive until we get tired of driving then find somewhere to pull over. Make camp and park it until we get tired of being parked regardless if we’re parked one night, a week or a month. When we get tired of being parked we’ll hook up the RV, pull out and head on down the road.

No timetable, no deadline and no rush to be anywhere, because we will get to our destination when we get there.

We’re in the planing stages right now, just shopping aroud for that perfect RV. We have decided that we are partial to the rear-living floorplans. We started out looking at bumper-pull trailers but we are beginning to lean towards 5th-Wheels. The only issue with a 5th-Wheel is…it will require a new truck. WINK This monkey figures if we get a new RV we will certainly need a new Dodge Ram 2500 to pull it. Right?

Anyway…I might be dreaming about that new 2500.

When this adventure starts many monkeys will all be tagging along for the ride but never fear, Valdosta Monkey will not be retiring.

Quite the contrary, the Anonymous Monkey Gang will be staying in touch via YouTube (on a channel yet to be announced), Facebook and Facebook Live videos.
